Turkish Parliament decides, military intervention in Syria


Ankara, October 4, 2012, NOA-Turkish parliament has authorized military intervention in Syria, after extraordinary session held today.

Turkish parliamentarians voted with 320 votes in favor and 129 against military intervention in Syria, but properly inform noa.al will be what the Turkish government will approve or not the decision of parliament.

We recall here that yesterday the Turkish army fired artillery targets in Syria, as a response after the bombing of Syria attacked a border village in Turkey, leaving at least five dead, 2 women and 3 children, and nine wounded.

Turkey says its military has attacked targets in neighboring Syria, in response to the bomb thrown by Syria, which killed five civilians Turkey.
Earlier United Nations Secretary General, Ban Ki-Moon, has urged the Syrian government to respect the territorial integrity of its neighbors, and has warned that the now 19-month conflict in Syria, are hurting more and more in other countries region.
Turkey has asked the United Nations to take "necessary action" to stop the aggression of Syria.
