Tirana, October 3, 2012, NOA Prime Minister Sali Berisha's government began gathering stating approval made by the Council of Ministers privatize "Albetprol".He said the company was approved with the highest bid "VETRO Energy", which said that the privatization rose oil extracting power efficiency through the use right.
